Yep! The protein in our Heat & Eat Entrée is fully cooked and perfectly tender. How do we do it? The answer is Sous-Vide!

“Sous-Vide” is a gourmet cooking technique invented by French chefs. It literally means “under vacuum”. Here’s how it works: First, the meat is vacuum-sealed in a pouch and cooked in a hot water bath set to a precise temperature. The meat cooks in its own juices to the perfect doneness for maximum tenderness. The result is fork-tender, fully-cooked protein that is ready for you to heat and serve in less than 5 minutes.

Absolutely delicious!

This was my first experience with a Kevin's product. I'd looked at them and finally took the plunge and tried a few. I was pleased with the quality and quantity of the ingredient packets. It says it will serve 2, but I got 3 servings from mine. I added some fresh shredded coconut to the sauce as I was stirring and heating. The sauce had a light tang to it; not too much, just the right "zing". The finished meal was absolutely delicious. I completely enjoyed every mouthful. I will definitely make this again...and soon.

Oh so YUMMY!!

Boy! I'm glad I decided to try this product from my local Win Co. It's very reasonably priced for the amount of food, simple to prepare, and it has such great flavor. Can't wait to try the other products.

Our favorite Kevin's Entree!

Admittedly the spread between our favorite and the top 10 list of Kevin's entrees is pretty thin, but this one is the first one we grab at our local store every time. Not too sweet, not too spicy, but great with added hot sauce if you want more heat. I usually just serve it with microwaved veggies and rice, but its versitile and delicious.

Good Portion and Great Flavor

The curry is absolutely delicious in this dish. Good over white rice or by itself.

Delicious flavor

Added some bell peppers and served over rice! New favorite!
