Yes! The entrées can be stored in your freezer for up to 365 days. If you decide to freeze the entrée, we recommend allowing it to thaw in the fridge prior to cooking.

In most stores, our entrées are located in the refrigerated section of the Meat Department. The best person to ask for help is the Meat Manager. They are the ones that actually order the product so they should be familiar with our brand.

  • If you discovered Kevin’s at Costco, you’ll notice that they offer a fantastic deal on our products. The Costco-Exclusive entrées are 32oz and contain 2 packets of Chicken/Steak and 2 packets of Sauce. Please note: the entrées sold in retail and online are 16oz and contain 1 packet of Chicken and 1 packet of Sauce. 

  • The following items are sold exclusively at select Costco stores and not available online: General Tso’s Cauliflower, Korean BBQ-Style Steak Tips, and Keto Turkey Gravy (seasonal). 

I NEED TO KNOW ALL THE THINGS

  • Sure is! Our chicken is fully cooked and perfectly tender.  How do we do it? The answer is Sous-Vide! 

  • “Sous-Vide” is a gourmet cooking technique invented by French chefs. It literally means “under vacuum”. Here’s how it works: First, the meat is vacuum-sealed in a pouch and cooked in a hot water bath set to a precise temperature. The meat cooks in its own juices to the perfect doneness for maximum tenderness. The result is fork-tender, fully-cooked protein that is ready for you to heat and serve in less than 5 minutes.

  • Short answer: There are two servings in each package. 

  • Long answer: So what’s the deal with the Nutrition Facts Panel? The tricky part is that the USDA requires us to list our servings on the panel according to their “Reference Amounts Customarily Consumed” guidelines which is 3 servings per container at 5oz each for this product category. There is no way for us to get around this. It is written into their code and we have to comply. So, in an effort to be as transparent as possible, whenever we communicate directly with our customers, we advise that our meals are two servings so their expectations are properly set.

  • Heat & Eat Entrées: These can be stored in the freezer (good for 365 days) or in the fridge (good for 30 days from delivery for online orders). If you decide to freeze the entrée, we recommend allowing it to thaw in the fridge prior to cooking. 

  • Recipe Sauces: Sauce pouches are shelf stable and can be stored in your pantry -- no need to refrigerate.  Once opened, please store remaining sauce in a sealed container in the fridge and finish within 5 days from opening.

  • Glass Jar Sauces: Glass jar sauces are shelf stable and can be stored in your pantry -- no need to refrigerate. Once opened, please store remaining sauce in the fridge and finish within 30 days from opening.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS

Best believe it! Our Paleo-Certified products avoid refined sugars, artificial flavors, grains, legumes, and dairy. We know there are a lot of ways to interpret which foods qualify as “Paleo” so we have adopted the standards established by The Paleo Foundation. Check out their website for more information!

Yep! All of our products are Keto-Friendly and a majority are Keto-Certified. Our Keto-Certified products are designed to strictly limit carbohydrates to less than 2g per 0.5oz in accordance with the standards established by The Paleo Foundation. Click here to learn more!

Every single one of our products is certified Gluten-Free by the Gluten Intolerance Group.

Yes! A majority of our products are dairy-free. However, a few of our products do contain Ghee. If you're avoiding this ingredient, just look for the MILK allergen underneath the list of ingredients. There are no peanuts in any of our products, and no peanuts in our production facility. The only nuts in the facility are coconuts (we use coconut milk in many of our sauces). Not to worry, as part of our food safety protocol, they are segregated so that they are only present in items that list it on the label.
