What You’ll Do:
- Code invoices to the proper G/L accounts and cost centers in SAP
- Distribute invoices and manage the approval process to make sure it is completed in a timely manner.
- Process approved inventory invoices, including deposits and prepayments, for payment.
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Support in the weekly ACH/Check run
- Resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and obtain appropriate documentation from the business.
- Maintain relationships with assigned vendors.
- Reconcile vendor accounts using monthly statements.
- Perform vendor call backs to validate that the required information is accurate.
- Collect and maintain the appropriate W-9 Forms from our vendors
- Complete credit applications for new vendors
- Calculates sales/use tax for eligible invoices
- Prepare period end accruals and validate the coding of invoices for the accrual.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Administrative duties such as filing, department organizing, pulling invoices, investigating charges, etc.
- Other duties as assigned or necessary reports
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounts payable role
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent knowledge of basic accounting concepts
- Computer proficiency on MS Office products and ERP/SAP a plus.
- Microsoft XP, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, computer data processing and reporting, typing 40+ wpm.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing basic maintenance, repair, and preventive tasks to ensure the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of production equipment and facilities in a food manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level position working under direct supervision and providing support to senior technicians and the Maintenance Manager.
The shift for this position is Wednesday-Sunday, 1:00pm-9:30pm with overtime as needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) and basic repairs on production, packaging, and facility equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on food processing and packaging equipment.
- Replace and adjust belts, bearings, seals, motors, and other basic mechanical components as directed.
- Follow all company safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Hazard Communication (HazCom), and Cal/OSHA requirements.
- Maintain accurate and timely maintenance records, work orders, and parts usage documentation.
- Clean, lubricate, and inspect machinery in accordance with preventive maintenance schedules.
- Support production teams during line changeovers, startups, and equipment setups.
- Immediately report unsafe conditions, near misses, or equipment malfunctions to supervision.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Other duties as assigned and necessary.
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 0–2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safe maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Basic computer literacy for completing work orders and maintenance logs.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders or stairs.
- Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures (hot, cold, or wet conditions) and around food production equipment.
- Must be able to wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with company and Cal/OSHA standards.
Work Environment:
This position operates in a food manufacturing facility where exposure to noise, temperature changes, wet floors, and moving mechanical parts may occur. All work must be performed in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and company food safety standards.

The Warehouse Coordinator will coordinate the activities and the operations between fulfillment and warehouse to ensure safe, efficient, and timely shipping, distribution, storing packaging, WIP items, and otherwise transporting of finished good.

What You’ll Do:
- Verifies finished good pallets completed by fulfillment against pick tickets.
- Receives, locates, and transfers materials accurately and in a timely manner.
- Counts and weighs materials and records information.
- Identifies damaged materials and records material shortages.
- Loads and unloads materials inventory utilizing forklift when necessary.
- Transports incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing hand truck or Forklift.
- Restacks and assembles pallets.
- Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
- Participates in quality improvement efforts.
- Performs required administrative tasks; prepares all required reports and correspondence.
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

- One to two years related experience preferably in a food production environment.
- Able to understand pick lists and how to pull in accordance with FIFO.

This is a remote role with travel to Stockton, CA 1-2x a quarter.
The Director of FP&A will serve as a strategic finance leader for Kevin’s Natural Foods, owning the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes. This role partners directly with the CFO and executive leadership to provide insights that shape business strategy, drive efficiency, and ensure financial discipline. The Director will lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, while also mentoring a growing FP&A team and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the company’s financial planning processes including hands on ownership of the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, long-range plans, and periodic latest estimates. Ensure assumptions are clear, data-driven, and aligned with corporate strategy.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and insights that explain business performance, highlight risks and opportunities, and influence strategic decision-making.
- Partner with the executive leadership team to evaluate business initiatives, investment opportunities, and key strategic decisions, providing scenario modeling and financial recommendations.
- Oversee and enhance financial models to improve forecasting accuracy, business visibility, and strategic alignment.
- Lead the FP&A team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide coaching and development opportunities to build organizational capability.
- Ensure collaboration with Accounting,Operations Finance, and cross-functional partners to maintain accuracy in financial reporting, manage spending, and support operational decision-making.
- Own the relationship with the Mars FP&A team, ensuring timely and accurate submissions, and effectively communicating business drivers, assumptions, and performance.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against goals and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
- Drive process improvement and standardization across financial planning and analysis to enhance efficiency, scalability, and transparency.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while balancing investments in growth and innovation.
- Act as a strategic advisor to department heads by offering financial insights and scenario planning.
- Support the CFO with ad-hoc analysis and projects related to the FP&A function.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA, CMA, or CFA) preferred.
- 10-15 years of direct experience in FP&A, with a strong focus on budgeting and forecasting.
- Prior experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) or food industry highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, and GAAP.
- Experience with SAP ERP system is highly preferred
- Proven experience as a strategic thinker with the ability to connect financial outcomes with business objectives
- Proficiency in financial reporting and advanced excel skills
- Highly self-motivated and accountable workstyle, with internal sense of urgency, adesire for efficiency, and ability to execute hands on deliverables.
- Onsite highly preferred; remote with frequent travel will be considered.
