Frequently Asked Questions

These can be stored in the freezer (good for 365 days) or in the fridge. If you decide to freeze the entrées, we recommend allowing them to thaw in the fridge prior to cooking.

Yes! Every sauce we make is Keto-Certified by the Paleo Foundation, so our entrées are perfect for a low-carb lifestyle.

Yep! The protein in our Heat & Eat Entrée is fully cooked and perfectly tender. How do we do it? The answer is Sous-Vide!

“Sous-Vide” is a gourmet cooking technique invented by French chefs. It literally means “under vacuum”. Here’s how it works: First, the meat is vacuum-sealed in a pouch and cooked in a hot water bath set to a precise temperature. The meat cooks in its own juices to the perfect doneness for maximum tenderness. The result is fork-tender, fully-cooked protein that is ready for you to heat and serve in less than 5 minutes.

Restaurant quality!

I love that they include very tender sous-vide chicken instead of overcooked traditional method chicken - it keeps it moist and the sauce is so flavorful!

So Delicious!

One of my favorites of those I’ve tried. The chicken is always cooked perfectly - so extremely tender and moist. The flavor in this sauce is some completely satisfying and delicious. It also has a hint of heat at the back. I’m thinking my next move is to just buy a few packs of the sauce so I can have it all the time!!!

Also, as other reviews have said, this is super fast to make. I love to put it in a taco and make a fusion style type meal. My loves it with a stir fry and noodles. Either way, so delicious!

So easy to make

I always get this at Costco. It is so easy to make that even my teenager that hates cooking can handle making this for dinner. We add some roasted veggies and white rice for a complete meal.

Truly fantastically delicious. Also, extremely hard to find :(

Omgoodness Paleo Yumminess!

I normally always cook everything from scratch. I was lucky enough to come across this at Costco and decided to give it a try. Oh my goodness! It reminded me of the chicken coconut soup from my favorite Thai place. Except, there was nothing bad in it! I paired it with some cauliflower rice and it was the most delicious meal I’ve made in under 10 minutes!
