Kevin's Lemongrass Chicken Entrée

Ingredients


1 Kevin’s Natural Foods Lemongrass Chicken Entrée
1 package Angel Hair Miracle Noodle
1 large cucumber, thinly sliced into rounds
1 large carrots, shredded
¼ cup of cilantro
2 Thai chili peppers thinly sliced into rounds
1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

    Wash and cut cucumber, carrots, cilantro and chili peppers.

    Many stores sell pre-shredded carrots to save time!

    Open package of Miracle Noodles and follow the instructions on the package.

    Make sure to drain the Miracle Noodles fully for the best taste. You can enjoy them cold or heat them up in a skillet or the microwave if you prefer.

    Sautee Kevin’s Lemongrass Chicken Entrée according to package directions.

    Assemble by filling half a bowl or plate with Miracle Noodles. Add chicken, carrots and cucumbers to your liking.

    Have some extra sauce in the pan? Don’t let it go to waste! Pour it over the plated chicken for maximum flavor.
