Yep! The protein in our Heat & Eat Entrée is fully cooked and perfectly tender. How do we do it? The answer is Sous-Vide!

“Sous-Vide” is a gourmet cooking technique invented by French chefs. It literally means “under vacuum”. Here’s how it works: First, the meat is vacuum-sealed in a pouch and cooked in a hot water bath set to a precise temperature. The meat cooks in its own juices to the perfect doneness for maximum tenderness. The result is fork-tender, fully-cooked protein that is ready for you to heat and serve in less than 5 minutes.

Actual Food

I’m a college student and certifiably lazy dude, so microwaveable meals and me know each other quite well. I was at Walmart when I saw Kevin’s Korean BBQ style chicken and I thought hey, sure, why not. With microwave meals I expect the worst, yknow? Slab of meat in sauce. Kevin’s was welcomely different. The chicken comes in its own pouch, you break it up before opening, and when you dump it out it doesn’t look like crappy processed garbage. It looks and TASTES like food. I’ll definitely be trying more meals after this.

WOW! Delicious

My husband was shopping and saw Kevin's Korean BBQ style chicken. He glanced through the ingredients and thought let's give it a try. WOW! The quality and flavor of this dish was amazing!! We put over steamed broccoli. We can't wait to try other prodcuts.

Sometimes it's hit or miss at Costco when they have foods advertised, this was actually delicious! I am very picky especially with meats, I usually cut out about a third of chicken and was ready to do this with this. Nothing! No sinew, no gristle, I used my wok, I did add scallions, white part in fry and greens to accent. I also used a bit of red pepper flakes. This was really good!

Just the right amount of spice.

This was so flavorful and not too spicy. Was great with rice and broccoli. I'll definitley be getting more.

Yum! We love this! 🩷

We have this over white sticky rice with a side salad. Quick, easy and so delicious! In fact, we had it last night for dinner.

So Good

I have been looking for easy to prepare meals like this, it seems like , forever. I'm going to stop looking now, because these are delicious recipes. Easy to prepare and plenty for 2-3 people. The Korean BBQ chicken tasted like my favorite Korean Restaurant. And not as expensive. Hope to find more variety at my local store. Thank you Kevin!

So good!

Finding gluten and soy free items can be almost impossible but not only did this check those boxes but the flavor is so good. The chicken was so tender and prep is fast and easy and it was nice to have options we could all enjoy. I often make two dinners but tonight we all had the same thing. So excited to try other options soon.
