This sauce is especially good served with chicken breast and jasmine rice or any kind of noodles, can thin sauce with a little coconut milk and call it soup. It is very tasty.

Amazing sauce!

We love love this sauce with sauteed firm tofu or chicken pieces, plus chopped green beans, zucchini, mushrooms, a shallot, a bell pepper; whatever veggies you have on hand plus served with either cauliflower crumbles (Kevin offers) or on jasmine rice. This is a fan favorite. Sautee the tofu for a nice golden brown external crust. Yummy. Kids in our family love it too.
