8 OZ Baby Bok Choy

Take your bok choy and wash it thoroughly. Split it length-wise. Next, season both sides of your cod fillets with salt and pepper.
Warm up a large pan on MEDIUM HIGH for 1 minute. Add 1 TBSP of sesame oil to your pan.
Place the cod fillets in your pan, and layer with Kevin’s Thai Coconut Sauce and bok choy. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Using a spatula, gently transfer your fish and bok choy into four bowls. Spoon sauce evenly over your fish. Garnish with cilantro and serve with a lime wedge.
