For Thai-Style Coconut Chicken

Outstanding!

Absolutely delicious! Cannot believe a quick frozen dinner could taste so good. The chicken strips tasted like they were made from home. No fat or gristle and not overly processed. I love that there’s an abundance of sauce to serve the dish over rice or noodles. (Had some leftover spaghetti noodles. Will be buying again and will try Kevin‘s other dinners.

Excellent dish so quick, so easy

I take the Thai Coconut Chicken and I put it over rice and serve with baby carrots. Incredible easy and incredibly quick. I highly recommend it. I'm looking forward to trying Kevin's other dinners!👍

This dish was absolutely delicious and so easy to prepare. I added fresh green beans and served over jasmine rice. The sauce is so flavorful and the chicken is very tender.

Easy and Delicious

My picky kids and wife devour this stuff. I just prep some rice and sear the chicken and the meal just comes right together. I’d love some suggestions of what veggies go best inside. Nice work, Kevin!

Great products but no use by date.

Unfortunately I’m going to stop buying your products that I enjoy because there is no use by or freshness date on the package. We all buy products and sometimes forget to make it right away so a freshness date or use by information is very important to me.

I would serve this to company

I tried this for the first time last night, and it exceeded my expectations. Even my wife, who can be a picky eater, loved it. I will definitely have it again and am looking forward to trying other Kevin's meals based on how good this was.
