Kevin’s Natural Foods Roasted Garlic Chicken
1 tbsp olive oil
1 french baguette, sliced thin
14 oz cranberry sauce
8 oz brie cheese
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Brush both sides of the baguette slices lightly with olive oil and line them up on a baking sheet. Set aside.
In a small saucepan, add the cranberry sauce over medium heat and stir until smooth.
Roast the baguette slices in the oven for about 4-5, then remove the baguette slices, flip them over, and add a slice of brie. Return to the oven for another 4-6 minutes, or until crispy and golden and the brie is melted.
Remove the baguette slices from the oven, add a piece of roasted garlic chicken, then top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce. Garnish with thyme if desired.
