Keto Tip: A teaspoon of sriracha sauce contains 3-5 grams of carbs, which is rather insignificant. Even though sriracha sauce has no protein and fat, it will not throw off your keto carb count when sparingly consumed. Sriracha does not have value for you from the keto diet perspective except for the fact it has a high concentration of capsaicin. Capsaicin can boost your metabolism!
