Made a recipe for Korean BBQ Beef lettuce wraps. They were to die for!

Easy, quick, and delicious meal

On those nights you are too rushed or too tired to cook, Kevin's fills the bill. While the entree is warming up in the skillet, put half a bad of priced cauliflower or mashed heart of palm in the microwave for a minute. Add sauce packet to meat and stir. serve over rice or mashed potatoes. Share with a friend or save the other half for the next night.

outstanding meal in

I stir-fried Bok Choy, snow peas, shiitake mushrooms with a little garlic in olive oil and mixed it in with the beef and served it over whole grain thin spaghetti noodles, it was an outstanding meal ready in just a few minutes.
