Lemongrass Chicken
Sautéed chicken breast strips in a vibrant lemongrass sauce made with coconut milk, basil, and hints of garlic.
What You Need
- 1 lb Chicken Strips
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
- Large Pan
Cook It Up!
1. Season
Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken.
2. Sauté
Get that pan hot! MED-HIGH (2 min).
Add cooking oil.
Cook chicken 2-3 min on each side.
3. Sauce
Turn heat to LOW.
Add sauce to pan.
Simmer chicken in sauce for 1 min.
