What You'll Need
1 LB Tilapia Fillets
2 - 7 OZ Packets of Shirataki/ Palm Noodles
1/2 CUP Carrots, Shredded
2 CUPS Broccoli (optional)
4 Green Onions, Chopped
Salt and Pepper
Cilantro, for garnish
Cook It Up!
Season both sides of the tilapia with salt and pepper.
Pour Kevin’s Lemongrass Basil Sauce into a large, heavy bottom skillet. Layer in your tilapia fillets and vegetables, and top with the noodles.
Skip the chopping and buy carrots already shredded from the grocery store.
Turn heat to MEDIUM-HIGH. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Once fully cooked, transfer the noodles to your bowl and layer with vegetables. Then, gently place your tilapia fillets on top of the vegetables and add the remaining sauce from the skillet. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
