Jazz up your dinner!

I cut up and sauteed some chicken meat, and added fresh peas (steamed) and roasted sweet potatoes. (Sometimes I use parsnips instead of the sweet potatoes.) This makes a quick, totally delicious dinner. The same basic plan can be used, varying the sauce and the veggies, to make many great, quick meals.

All my other indian simmer sauces are jealous!

My review title pretty much says it all. I make this mostly with chicken but sometimes with beef or pork. Always YUM! Looking for a SUPER easy dinner? This is magic in a slow cooker with your protein and/or veggie of choice + sauce for a few hours

Just finished eating tis for dinner

It's good enough but we used ground lamb and maybe should have used chicken. We'll try it again with a meat not as strongly flavored.

My new favorite solution for quick meals

The Tikka Masala sauce is great for quickly cooking shrimp and fish (in my case, Pacific Cod.) I use peeled and deveined shrimp or boneless fish steaks cut into 3/4-inch cubes. 12oz of seafood and one packet of sauce makes 2 servings, served over basmati or jasmine rice plus a handful of chopped scallion greens to garnish. I've also sauteed chicken thighs and added the sauce to finish.

Pro Tips: Rinse the packet with about 1/4 water to stretch it a bit; add harissa or Aleppo pepper to ramp up the heat.

Authentic Indian flavor

I love the Tikka Masala sauce! I can make a quick and easy meal by adding chicken, veggies and rice.
Tastes as good as restaurant food, but better, because I know it's good for me. Thanks!
