Easy Tandoori Cauliflower Bites

These Easy Tandoori Cauliflower Bites are a delicious, crowd pleasing appetizer you can serve on any occasion. It’s spicy, addictive, crispy. Serve these with any of your favorite dips or just yogurt. I have include baking and Air frying methods.

    Oven Method
    Preheat the oven to 400 F.°

    Spread the marinated cauliflower florets on the baking tray.

    Apply Ghee or oil over the cauliflower. This is optional but I highly recommend it.

    Bake it in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Then Broil in high for 2 to 3 minutes to get the charred top on the Tandoori cauliflower bites.

    Serve with your favorite dip or Tamarind chutney.

    Air fry Method
    Preheat the air fryer to 360° F for 5 minutes

    Place the marinated cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket.

    Brush with oil or ghee. Air fry for 16 to 18 minutes.

    Shake the basket halfway through cooking. Serve warm.
