Teriyaki Brussels Sprouts Tacos

Teriyaki Brussels Sprouts TacosHealthy, filling, delicious, easy. Quick pan-roasted brussels sprouts and red onion with teriyaki sauce. Serve these vegan gluten free tacos in warm corn tortillas. This under-30 minute meal is a crowd pleaser!

What You'll Need

  • 2 TBSP Kevin’s Natural Foods Teriyaki Sauce

  • 16 OZ Whole Brussels Sprouts (thoroughly washed)

  • ½ Red Onion

  • ¼ TSP Salt

  • 4 Corn Tortillas

  • 2 TBSP Avocado Oil

Cook It Up!

    Chop the stems off of the brussels sprouts and discard. Slice in half lengthwise.

    Peel the skin off of the red onion and cut off the root. Cut the onion vertically into slices.

    Heat a 12” pan on the stove at a medium-high heat. Let the pan heat up for 1-minute.

    Pour the avocado oil in the pan and let it heat up for 30-seconds.

    Add all of the halved brussel sprouts, salt and stir. Let cook for 5-minutes, stirring occasionally to not burn.

    After the 5-minutes, add Teriyaki Sauce and red onion slices and stir.

  • 7

    Turn off the heat.

    Serve in warm corn tortillas. Enjoy!
