1/2 pound asparagus spears, tough ends cut off
8oz of cremini mushrooms
2 tbsp of oil or butter
Your choice of starch
Cook Kevin’s Sirloin Steak Tips with Gravy according to stove top instructions on the package. Set aside.
Add 1 tbsp oil to the pan on medium heat.
Add in your mushrooms and cook down for 5 minutes. Set aside.
Add in remaining oil. Add in your asparagus and cook down for 10 minutes until fork tender.
Serve with your choice of starch. If you are keeping it low carb, serve with mashed cauliflower. For a heartier dish, serve with mashed potatoes.
Plate your starch and add your Sirloin Steak Tips with Gravy on Top. Serve with your mushrooms and asparagus.
