Kevin’s Natural Foods Roasted Garlic Chicken
5 cups lettuce (iceberg, romaine, or butter)
4 hard-boiled eggs, halved
¼ cup red onion, diced
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 firm avocado, thinly sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
4 oz blue cheese, crumbled (optional)
Chopped chives, to garnish

½ cup Greek yogurt
1tbsp Avocado oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
¼ cup fresh dill
¼ tsp salt
Freshly cracked black pepper

    Cook Kevin's Roasted Garlic Chicken according to package instructions. Once cooked, set aside to cool slightly.

    While the chicken cooks, blend the ranch dressing ingredients until fully combined.

    To assemble the salad, add the lettuce to a large serving bowl or platter. Scatter tomatoes, eggs, red onion, bacon, avocado, blue cheese, and chives over the top.Top with Kevin’s Roasted Garlic Chicken and drizzle with ranch dressing. Serve and enjoy!
