Kevin’s Natural Foods Peppercorn Steak Tips
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, sliced
2-3 bell peppers, thinly sliced (any color)
Salt & pepper to taste
Guacamole, salsa, cilantro leaves (optional)
In a large skillet over high heat, add olive oil. Once heated, add the onions and peppers.
Let veggies sizzle and toss frequently, cook for a total of 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the skillet.
Add the Kevin’s Natural Foods steak tips and cook according to package directions.
Remove from heat once finished.
Assemble the fajitas by layering the peppers and onions, peppercorn steak tips, and optional toppings on a tortilla. Enjoy!
