Kevin's Natural Foods Peppercorn Steak Tips
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium sized sweet potato, diced small
1 red pepper, diced small
1 small yellow onion, diced small
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 eggs
Cilantro, for topping if desired

    Cook Kevin’s Natural Foods Peppercorn Steak according to package instructions. Once cooked, transfer the steak to a bowl and set aside.

    Wipe down the skillet quickly with a paper towel then add another tablespoon of olive oil to the pan over medium-high heat.

    Stir in the onions, peppers, and potatoes, then sprinkle the smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper and stir until combined.

    Cook, stirring occasionally, until the peppers and onions are soft and the potatoes are crispy and fork-tender, 8-10 minutes.

    Turn the heat down to medium-low add the steak to the hash and stir well to combine.

    Crack the eggs carefully on top of the hash then cover the skillet with a lid until the egg whites are set and the yolk is to your desired liking.

    Add chopped cilantro if desired and enjoy!
