What You'll Need
½ cup blanched almond flour or ¼ cup coconut flour
½ cup tapioca flour or arrowroot flour
1 cup coconut milk, canned and full fat
1 teaspoon salt to taste
Cook It Up!
In a bowl combine, your almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut milk and salt.
At medium-high heat add oil to a pan and add ¼ cup of your paleo naan mixture, cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown and then flip and cook for 1-2 more minutes.
Naan is great but even better with spices and other flavors. Try adding garlic, cilantro and other herbs to elevate your dish!
Prepare Kevin’s Chicken Tikka Masala according to package directions.
Serve your Tikka Masala in a large bowl, take this on family style, dipping your Naan into the sauce and chicken.
