Orange Chicken Stir Fry

A light, healthy meal that tastes better than take out. Easy Orange Chicken packed with tons of vegetables. This is a one pan meal that is so easy and has all the flavors of take out without all the added artificial ingredients!

Kevin's Orange Chicken Entrée


1 lb Kevin’s Natural Foods Orange Chicken
1 Tbsp olive oil
1⁄2 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 large red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
8 ounces fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
1⁄2 cup raw cashews
Green onion, for garnish
Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
Cauliflower rice, according to package instructions

    Make cauliflower rice according to package instructions. Set aside.

    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 Tbsp olive oil.

    Cook Kevin’s Natural Foods chicken according to package directions. Do not add the orange sauce yet. Remove chicken from the skillet.

    Add the onion to the skillet and saute until onions become slightly translucent, about 2 minutes.

    Next add in the garlic, bell pepper, green beans, and saute for 4-5 minutes.

    Next, add in the chicken and sauce to the skillet, and stir to combine. Reduce heat to medium low and let the sauce simmer and thicken some more, about 2-3 minutes.

    Serve immediately over your cauliflower rice. Garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds, if desired.
