Kevin’s Natural Foods Seasoned Chicken with Lemon Herb Sauce
1 tbsp of cooking oil
1 bunch asparagus
Salt and pepper to taste
Rice pilaf or cauliflower rice
Cut or break off the tough bottom parts of the asparagus.
Place in a bowl then add cooking oil and salt and pepper to taste.
Place the asparagus on a hot grill and cook tender and charred, about 5 minutes while flipping on all sides.
Cut open Kevin's Seasoned Chicken with Lemon Herb Sauce. (Optional: lightly season with salt and pepper)
Close the lid and grill the chicken for 2 minutes.
Flip the chicken over, basted cooked side with half of sauce, and let cook additional 2 minutes with the lid closed. Flip chicken again, baste with remaining sauce, and let cook for another 1-2 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve with your sides and enjoy!
