½ Cup Kevin's Natural Foods Kung Pao Sauce & Marinade
1 Head Cauliflower (cut into 4 - ½ inch steaks)
2 Baby Bok Choy (cut in half lengthwise)
¼ TSP Salt
Sesame Seeds or Red Pepper Flakes
Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
On a greased or aluminum foil lined tray, place the bok choy and cauliflower.
Pour 1 TBSP Kevin’s Natural Foods Kung Pao sauce on each cauliflower steak side. Rub the sauce in and flip to coat each side.
Place in the oven and roast for 10 minutes.
Flip after 10 minutes and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven.
Heat Kevin’s Natural Foods Mashed Cauliflower pack per instructions.
Add mashed cauliflower to a plate. Place roasted cauliflower steak on top.Sprinkle with sesame seeds or red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
