Kevin’s Seasoned Chicken with Hawaiian BBQ sauce
1 tbsp of cooking spray
Salt and pepper to taste
4 low carb tortillas, or tortillas of choice
1 avocado, mashed
1 head of romaine lettuce, sliced thinly
1/2 a red onion, diced into small pieces
1 can of diced pineapple, drained and rinsed
Cilantro, for garnish
Pre-heat the oven to high on the broil setting
Take your Kevin's chicken out of the package and pat it dry on both sides.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
Take a baking sheet and spray the sheet with cooking spray
Add you Kevin's chicken to the pan and broil on each side for 3-4 minutes.
Take the chicken out of the oven and brush on the Hawaiian BBQ sauce and broil for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing into it.
Place your low carb tortilla on a plate and begin assembling.
Add mashed avocado, romaine lettuce, the sliced Kevin's Hawaiian BBQ chicken, red onion, pineapple, and cilantro.
Wrap it up like a burrito and enjoy!
