What You'll Need
½ Cup Kevin’s Natural Foods General Tso's Sauce & Marinade 8 OZ Large Shrimp (deveined & cleaned) 1 Red Bell Pepper (sliced thinly) 1 Head of Broccoli (cut into small pieces) 1 Bunch Green Onion (cut into pieces and separate green from white) 1 TBSP Water ¼ TSP Salt ¼ TSP Black Pepper 1 Cup Cooked Brown Rice 1 TBSP Avocado Oil
Cook It Up!

Heat a pot on the stove at medium heat. Add the avocado oil and heat for 30-seconds. -

Add in the white parts of the green onion. Stir and cook for 1 minute. -

Add broccoli, red bell pepper and water. Add the lid on and cook for 2 minutes. -

Remove the lid and toss in shrimp, salt and pepper. Stir often and cook for about 4 minutes, until shrimp is fully cooked. -

Pour in sauce and stir until all ingredients are coated in sauce. -

Serve over warm rice. Enjoy!
