Chicken Piccata with Grain Free Spaghetti

An Italian classic; tender chicken breast strips simmered in a vibrant Piccata sauce made with garlic, capers, and a hint of lemon. Pair with grain-free cassava noodles for a delicious Italian dinner that is Paleo and Gluten-Free!

What You'll Need

  • Kevin’s Natural Foods Chicken Piccata

  • Preferred spaghetti noodles (we prefer Jovial Grain Free Cassava Spaghetti)

  • 1 1/2 TBSP preferred cooking oil

  • Garnish: capers, parsley, and lemon slices

Cook It Up!

    Break chicken strips apart by massaging pouch before opening. Cut open pouch, thoroughly drain chicken broth, and discard. Set chicken aside.

    Cook Jovial Grain Free Cassava Spaghetti according to instructions on package.

    While the pasta is cooking, heat skillet over MEDIUM for 1 minute with 1 TBSP of your preferred cooking oil. Add chicken to skillet. Separate chicken strips with tongs and heat for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned.

    Reduce heat to LOW, pour sauce into skillet, and simmer for 30 seconds, stirring chicken to coat with sauce.

    Drain cooked spaghetti noodles and transfer to a serving platter. Top is Chicken Piccata. Garnish with capers, parsley, and lemon slices. Enjoy!
