So simple and my favorite flavor

I didn't realize the Chicken Piccata is exclusive to Whole Foods. I was very impressed the 1st time I made it with a side of GF pasta. When I saw the Garlic Chicken at Costco I figured it had to be great also. Comparing between the 2, the Piccata is so much better and full of flavor. Looks like I'll be going back to Whole Foods for it.

Why should I cook when yours is so delicious?

I have been wanting to cook Chicken Piccata and have been gathering recipes. Then I found Kevin's Chicken Piccata at Whole Foods. The package read well. Very little prep for me. Very good macros. And the price per portion was excellent! Wow, I was more than pleasantly surprised. I thought I may have to doctor it up a bit but really didn't need to do so. I love capers, so I added a bit, and I squeezed 1 lemon slice over my portion of your chicken and my Linguini. And it took very little time at the stove. The time was mostly for the linguini!
I will head back to Whole Foods for a couple more of your entrees. Please consider Chicken Francese. Thank you. Very well done! Does not disappoint!

Awesome, Quick Meal

What can I say? This is an awesome, quick, meal. I toss in a handful of chopped green onions and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Paired with a freshly baked Ciabatta roll, a crisp green salad, and a stellar glass of Italian Pinot Grigio and you have a perfect meal. Magnifico!
