Ingredients


1 Package Kevin's Natural Foods Roasted Garlic Chicken
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Naan Loaves
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
1 Small Orange Bell Pepper, Thinly Sliced
1/2 Small Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
2 Cremini Mushrooms or White Button Mushroom, Thinly Sliced
2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

    In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 1 Tbsp oil. Add Kevin's Natural Foods Roasted Garlic Chicken according to package directions.

    Place naan on a rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle cheese evenly over each naan, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Top with an even layer of chicken, bell pepper, onion and mushrooms. Bake until cheese is melted and peppers are tender, about 5-8 minutes.

    Garnish flatbreads with parsley, and slice and serve.
