Pop your ribs and sweet potato fries in the oven, and just relax as the flavors mix and mingle!

Kevin’s Natural Foods BBQ Sauce - Original or Sugar Free
1 lb Ribs
2 large Sweet potatoes, cleaned and cut into ½ inch wide fries
Favorite Coleslaw

    Preheat your oven to 400F(200C), rinse and dry your ribs (Make sure the ribs are as close to room temp as possible)

    Rub both sides of the ribs with your favorite dry rub, lay ribs fat-side up on a sheet of aluminum foil and seal shut

    Prepare your Sweet Potato fries on a different sheet pan, salt generously and sprinkle your favorite oil over the fries

    Bake Ribs and Sweet Potato Fries at the same time for 50 min. The Sweet Potato Fries should be done but if not leave them in until tender on the inside and crisp on the outside.

    At the same time, remove the foil from the Ribs and cover them in Kevin’s BBQ Sauce, allow them to crisp up in the oven for 10 more minutes

    Once everything is done, now season your fries with any seasonings you desire (Seasoning the fries with spices beforehand will burn and dull the flavors)

    Plate and enjoy with extra Kevin’s BBQ sauce and your favorite coleslaw!
