8 oz Sliced Mushrooms
2 TBSP Olive Oil
Heat the skillet on HIGH for one minute. Add 2 TBSP of olive oil and 1 TSP of Kevin’s All-Purpose Seasoning. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes until mushrooms are cooked.
Pro Tip: You should hear a sizzle. If the pan and oil are not hot enough, the mushrooms will start to water out and steam instead of sautéing.
Drain and separate Kevin’s Sous-Vide Beef Tips. Add to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes, until hot.
Add Kevin’s Peppercorn Sauce to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
Heat Kevin’s Mashed Potatoes in the microwave as per package directions.
Pour Kevin’s Peppercorn Steak Tips and mushrooms in a 8x8 casserole dish and spoon over hot mashed potatoes.
Broil in the oven for approximately 3 minutes until the mashed potatoes are browned.
