What You'll Need
Kevin’s Mongolian-Style Beef entree, beef drained and chopped
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 cups broccoli slaw
1⁄2 tsp crushed red pepper (or to taste)
1 8oz package shiratake noodles drained and rinsed
2 green onions, sliced thin
Cook It Up!
In a skillet over medium heat, add the sesame oil, and beef. Cook until the beef browns and is heated through, about 3 minutes.
Add the Mongolian bbq sauce from the Kevin’s pack, stir and heat through for 1 minute.
Add the broccoli slaw and crushed red pepper, stir to combine, and let cook for 3 minutes, keeping a slight crunch to the slaw.
Push the beef and broccoli slaw mixture to one side of the pan and add the shiratake noodles to the other side of the pan, just heating them through, about 2 minutes.
Serve the Mongolian Beef over the noodles, and top with green onions.
