Ingredients


Kevin’s Natural Foods Mongolian Beef
5 oz. Lotus Foods Organic Millet & Brown Rice Ramen Ramen Noodles
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger, minced
1⁄2 cup soy sauce
1 cup beef broth
1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
1 carrot, peeled and cut into matchsticks
Scallions, thinly sliced for garnish
Toasted sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Massage sous-vide beef pouch, drain broth, and add to the skillet. Cook until seared about 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate.

    Reduce heat to medium-low. Add sesame oil to the skillet and stir in garlic and ginger. Cook until fragrant, 1 minute then add soy sauce and broth.

    Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, 3 to 5 minutes.

    Add broccoli, carrots, and uncooked ramen noodles to the skillet then cover with a tight-fitting lid and cook until the vegetables are tender and noodles are cooked, about 5 minutes.

    Return beef to skillet and add the sauce. Stir until completely coated.

    Garnish with scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
