General Tso's Salmon

You’ve heard of General Tso’s Chicken but have you ever tried General Tso’s Salmon? SO GOOD. We love this recipe because it’s simple to make and only requires 5 ingredients–perfect to add to your weeknight meal plan.

Serving size depends on how many filets used.

  • 10 Minute Cook Time
  • 1-4 Servings

What You'll Need

  • Kevin's General Tso's Sauce

  • 1 to 4 salmon filets

  • 1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed

  • Cooked brown or white rice

  • Sesame seeds

Cook It Up!

    Marinate salmon filets in General Tso’s Sauce for 20 minutes.

    Preheat grill or panini press to medium high. Spray over cooking spray and place salmon filet on grill. Discard sauce used for marinade.

    Cook for 2-3 minutes then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until salmon is flakey and cooked through.

    On the same grill, add asparagus and grill for 3-4 minutes.

    Transfer to a bowl and serve alongside fluffy rice. Top with sesame seeds and more General Tso's Sauce over top if desired.
