What You'll Need
1 pkg Kevin’s Natural Foods Teriyaki-Style Chicken
1 cup red cabbage, shredded
2 cups broccoli, shredded
1 cup carrots, shredded
1/4 cup sliced green onion
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup avocado oil
1 teaspoon coconut aminos
1 dash sriracha
black pepper to taste
Black Sesame Seeds, for garnish
Cook It Up!
Place cabbage, broccoli, carrot, green onion and cilantro in a large mixing bowl to create a slaw base.
In a smaller bowl, whisk to combine rice wine vinegar, avocado oil, coconut aminos, sriracha and black pepper. Pour mixture over slaw.
Cook Teriyaki Chicken according to package directions.
Even separate slaw into two bowls and top with Teriyaki Chicken. Garnish with sesame seeds and a sprig of Cilantro.
