Chicken Tikka Masala

We love us some Chicken Tikka Masala! A bright, succulent tomato sauce imbued with Indian spices like cumin, turmeric, and cardamom, simmering away in a base of ginger and coconut milk…pure heaven. Ordinarily, an Indian-inspired dish could be somewhat intimidating to concoct. Put those reservations on hold and let Kevin's Chicken Tikka Masala transport your next meal to exotic locales with ease.

What You'll Need

  • 1 pkg Kevin's Chicken Tikka Masala Entree

  • 1 16 oz Package Riced Cauliflower

  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro, finely chopped

  • Preferred cooking oil

  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Cook It Up!

    Prepare your chicken for cooking by gently massaging the package and separating the chicken into strips. Open the bag and drain the natural broth. Set aside.

    Heat 1 TSP of you preferred oil in a large sauté pan over MED-HIGH heat. Add the entire package of riced cauliflower, season with salt and pepper, and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

    While riced cauliflower is cooking, in another pan prepare Kevin's Chicken Tikka Masala according to package directions.

    Chicken and Cauliflower should finish at approximately the same time. Divide the riced cauliflower between two plates, and top with your saucy Chicken Tikka Masala. Garnish with chopped cilantro and enjoy!
