What You'll Need
- 1 Kevin’s Tikka Masala Sauce
- 1 lb Chicken Strips
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 Large Pan
Cook It Up!
Season the chicken. Salt & Pepper works great, but you can also add incredible flavor with our All-Purpose Seasoning!
Not a fan of cutting raw chicken? Save a step by asking the butcher at your supermarket to cut it into strips for stir fry. Sprinkle your seasoning 12” above the meat for an even coating, every time!
Heat pan over MED-HIGH for 2 min. Be sure to get that pan nice and hot before adding the chicken. Next, add cooking oil (we love Avocado oil) and cook chicken for 2 mins on each side.
How do you know when your pan is hot? Spritz with water. If it sizzles, beads, and rolls to the side, you’re ready to go!
Turn heat to LOW. Add the sauce! Shhh… It’s the secret ingredient and the BEST part. Simmer chicken in sauce for 1-2 min.
Spoon the chicken over your favorite side dish (riced cauliflower is ours!) or a bed of sautéed vegetables and enjoy.
Feeling fancy? Garnish the dish with some fresh herbs, we like to use chopped parsley or cilantro!
