BBQ Chicken Nachos

This recipe is super easy and super delicious! Loaded with chicken, beans, cheese, and colorful, fresh toppings. It’s perfect for a game day appetizer or a weeknight dinner.

  • Kevin’s Pulled Chicken

  • 1 large bag tortilla chips

  • 2 cup cheddar jack cheese

  • 1 (15-oz.) can black beans, drained

  • 1/2 c. jalapeños, sliced

  • 1 large tomato, diced

  • 1/4 cup red onions, finely minced

  • Fresh cilantro leaves (optional)

  • Sour cream, for drizzling

    Preheat the oven to 425° and line a large baking sheet with foil.

    Rinse and drain the black beans.

  • 3

    Add half the tortilla chips and top with Kevin's Pulled Chicken, half the cheese, half the black beans, and half the jalapeños. Repeat one more layer.

    Bake until the cheese is melty, 15 minutes.

    Top with tomato, red onions, and cilantro. Drizzle with sour cream and serve immediately.
