I am autistic and have ADHD, so I often struggle with eating full, healthy meals especially on low-energy days. Kevin's Natural Foods makes frozen meals that are healthy, easy to make, AND delicious (even with no add-ins). If more companies made frozen meals like this, I think we'd all be a bit healthier. You won't regret trying it!

This bowl was the tastiest yet of the three of tried! It had the most vegetables and best blend of flavors. I felt like the others skimped on the veggies. The ingredient list is top notch in comparison to most anything else processed and frozen. Thanks Kevin for making “dinner done” tastefully. I hope you remain true to your vision and tastebuds!
I loved it. Delicious flavor. I love that it's 100% healthy for you. The spiciness was perfect. I have two more flavors to try. I will definitely be buying Kevin's meals again and again.

I’m always wary when trying new healthy frozen meals because most are either flavorless or leave you hungry. There are only a couple of brands I like. Well, I just added a new one after trying Kevin’s! I was really pleased with the full flavor and big chunks of broccoli and chicken. I can’t wait to try more flavors! 🙂

I just had the most delicious frozen food EVER! When I bought the Korean BBQ-style Chicken Frozen Bowl, I had no idea what to expect. But when I got home and made it, it was like an explosion of flavors! I know it's frozen food, but it really didn't taste like it. It was so fresh and authentic. It also felt like I had made it myself. It was just so delicious! I recomend it to you.

I didn't know what Korean BBQ was but this has a wonderful flavor. I can't wait to try the other flavors!! I found them at Target..so convenient

This is REAL food. It’s so tasty and low calorie. I can see a lot of people gaining control of their weight with these meals. Sad part is only one store in my town sells them and they are pricey! But when on sale, perfectly reasonable!
