Korean BBQ-Style Chicken

I’m in a calorie deficit and these bowls have literally been a game changer for me. People always talk about how small they are, but never stop to look at the protein and calorie count. Of course they’re not going to be a massive meal… that’s part of the problem. We’ve normalized overeating and oversized portions. Every bowl I’ve tried has actually been really good, and they’re honestly so much healthier than a lot of the other processed frozen meals out there. I just wish they had more flavors! Remember, eat to be satisfied, not stuffed. Love love love 10:10 😍

I took a bowl to work for lunch... And every coworker popped their head in because the smell wafting thought the office was so enticing. The flavor was amazing. And the portion size seemed just right for my taste.

I would love it if there was a riced cauliflower version too. ❤️

While the taste was okay, the meal was so small that it is better for a 6-year-old child. I can make just as good in terms of taste but in a larger size for cheaper.
Won't be buying these "meals'/snacks.....

The chicken was absolutely totally dry and totally tasteless…the worst frozen meal I’ve ever had…. Not much taste or flavor of anything 🤷… the only thing that was passable as decent was the broccoli….this is the first time I’ve had a meal from Kevin’s and definitely my last!

I found these bowls at Costco & after I tried one I RAN back to buy the max quantity allowed (in case Costco didn’t keep these stocked). I’m almost out & searching the internet for more (Costco doesn’t carry anymore). These are delicious, healthy, and very filling. I can hardly believe this is a frozen microwave meal. Great product. I would love to see more varieties in this bowl version.

Not a fan of frozen meals, but found this on sale & tossed in the freezer. Unfortunately, I have not been able to cook on my gas stove for the last 2 weeks due to a gas leak so decided to try this tonight in the microwave. Followed the directions & was very surprised how good it is. Love the chicken is not rubbery as most in frozen meals are & overall it was great. Wish it had a few more veggies but that's my preference. Will definitely try more varieties. Thank you for making "real food"

I usually love Kevin‘s food, but on my recent purchase from Target, my bowl had a hard piece of something. I almost broke my tooth on, and it looks to be a bone fragment very disappointed.

I love how simplistic this bowl is; good rice, nice sauce, good quality chicken, and broccoli. I'd love more versions of this same bowl. Maybe even a larger size option.

I could do without the carrots but I just give them to my dog.

I've been chronically ill and unable to eat gluten for over a decade now, and it's hard for me to muster energy to cook for myself. They just started stocking these in the grocery store by me, and I was so happy when I saw them. These meals are so good, nicely balanced, and they seem really fresh. I really appreciate having these as an option for an easy meal every once in a while.

I am autistic and have ADHD, so I often struggle with eating full, healthy meals especially on low-energy days. Kevin's Natural Foods makes frozen meals that are healthy, easy to make, AND delicious (even with no add-ins). If more companies made frozen meals like this, I think we'd all be a bit healthier. You won't regret trying it!
