What You'll Need
- 1 Kevin’s Tomatillo Taco Sauce
- 1 lb Steak, Diced
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 Large Pan
Cook It Up!
Season the steak. Salt & Pepper works great, but you can also add incredible flavor with our All-Purpose Seasoning!
Save a step by asking the butcher at your supermarket to dice your steak into small cubes, street taco style. Sprinkle your seasoning 12” above the meat for an even coating, every time!
Heat pan over MED-HIGH for 2 min. Be sure to get that pan nice and hot before adding the steak. Next, add cooking oil (we love Avocado oil) and cook steak for 4-5 min, stirring frequently.
How do you know when your pan is hot? Spritz with water. If it sizzles, beads, and rolls to the side, you’re ready to go!
Turn heat to LOW. Add the sauce! Shhh… It’s the secret ingredient and the BEST part. Simmer steak in sauce for 1-2 min.
Spoon the steak into lettuce wraps or your favorite warmed tortillas and add all your must-have toppings!
