Ingredients


Kevin’s Natural Foods Greek-Style Lemon Chicken
5 cups lettuce (iceberg, romaine, or butter)
¼ cup red onion, diced
1 cucumber
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
4 oz feta, crumbled (optional)

Dressing
1/2 C Olive Oil
1/4 C Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Lemon

Instructions

    Cook Kevin's Greek-Style Lemon Chicken according to package instructions. Once cooked, set aside to cool slightly.

    While the chicken cooks, blend the dressing ingredients until fully combined.

    To assemble the salad, add the lettuce to a large serving bowl or platter. Scatter red onion, cucumber, tomatoes, and feta over the top. Top with Kevin’s Greek-Style Lemon Chicken and drizzle with dressing. Serve and enjoy!
