Tomatillo Taco Meat
Diced steak simmered in a verde taco sauce made with tomatillos, roasted poblanos, and traditional Mexican spices.
What You Need
- 1 lb Diced Steak
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
- Large Pan
Cook It Up!
1. Season
Sprinkle salt and pepper on steak.
2. Sauté
Get that pan hot! MED-HIGH (2 min).
Add cooking oil.
Cook steak 4-5 min, stirring frequently.
3. Sauce
Turn heat to LOW.
Add sauce to pan.
Simmer steak in sauce for 1-2 min.
