Good but...
Thanks for writing in with this question and giving us the opportunity to explain how our serving sizes work. Here’s the scoop… Our entrées contain 16oz of food (12oz chicken and 4oz of sauce) prior to cooking. The tricky part is that the USDA requires us to list our servings on the Nutrition Facts Panel according to their “Reference Amounts Customarily Consumed” guidelines which is 3 servings per container at 5oz each for this product category. There is no way for us to get around this. It is written into their code and we have to comply. In an effort to be as transparent as possible, whenever we communicate directly with our customers online, we advise that our meals are two full portions so their expectations are properly set. I hope this explanation clears things up and I’m sorry for this confusion. If we had it our way, we would list two servings on the nutrition facts panel. Let me know if you have any further questions about our entrées.
