Kevin’s Seasoned Chicken with Korean BBQ sauce
1 tbsp of cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bag mixed greens
1/2 a cabbage, sliced thinly
1 large carrot, sliced into matchsticks
1 red bell pepper, sliced thinly
1 large cucumber, sliced into rounds
Add your cooking oil to a pan and heat up for a couple minutes.
Take your Kevin's chicken out of the package and pat it dry on both sides.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Add in the Korean BBQ sauce to the pan and simmer on low for 1-2 minutes. Reserve some of the sauce to top your salad with.
To a large bowl, add in the mixed greens, cabbage, carrot, red bell pepper, and cucumber.
Diced your Kevin's chicken into small pieces and add to the top of the salad.
Drizzle that reserved sauce to the top of the salad.
Serve and enjoy!
