Kevin’s Natural Foods Chicken Chile Verde
1/2 Yellow onion, chopped
Cilantro, a few sprigs
3 Cups of low-sodium chicken broth
A pinch of salt
1 Jalapeño, sliced
Avocado, diced for garnish
Radishes, sliced for garnish
Lime, sliced for garnish
Cook Kevin’s Chicken Chile Verde according to stove top instructions on the package in a pot.
Add in your onion and sear for 1 minute.
Add in your cilantro and half of your sliced jalapeño to the pot.
Add in your chicken broth and mix together.
Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
Serve a bowl and top with jalapeño, avocado, radish, and a squeeze of lime.
